When am I billed?
Bills are sent out on the first day of every month, via e-mail, and also in hard-copy (via postal-mail).
When is my bill due?
Your bill is due on the 15th of every month. If payment isn't received by the 28th, your account will be de-activated and you will be unable to log-on. There will also be a $10.00 late/re-activation fee to get your service started again.
